Help Needed - Tom Hilbert Funeral & Luncheon

Many people have asked how they can help with Tom Hilbert's memorial service this coming Saturday, June 27, 2pm, at New Life Church.

A luncheon will immediately follow the service at the Washington VFW (corner of 8th Street and Jefferson, approximately 4 blocks west of NLC).

TWO THINGS ARE NEEDED from NLC due to the large number of people we are expecting:

       Could you help provide a Salad, a Side or a dessert?  IF SO, PLEASE E-MAIL US by Friday noon to this email with what you plan to bring.   Food can be dropped off at the VFW beginning at noon on Saturday.

       Also, we will need 8-10 people to help with welcoming those attending the service:  at the doors, handing out bulletins, setting up extra chairs as needed, etc.  Please arrive by 1:15pm on Saturday in the Conference Room where needs will be divided up.  Please e-mail us if you are able to help in this way.
