Thank you to everyone who submitted a design or tagline for our contest. We had nearly 30 entries! The entries have been narrowed down, and now the leadership team would like the congregation to vote on their favorite of the three finalists. You may cast your vote at church tomorrow (6/29). If you are unable to attend the morning service or the evening meeting, please feel free to respond to this e-mail with your vote. We ask that everyone limit themselves to just one vote please :) Design #3 Don't forget... Sunday, 6/29 at 6:30 p.m. Al Frank, a representative of the Evangelical Free Church of America, has been invited by the leadership team to speak about the EFCA and answer any questions people may have about the denomination. The leadership team would very much like the input of the congregation as it weighs options regarding associations and affiliations. Thanks for helping New Life Church grow!

Tuesday the prayer team met for prayer at New Life Church. We are committed to praying regularly to cover those needing healing, for families, for youth, for the nation, for Israel, for Salvation for those who don't yet know Him. This week, A special time of prayer was offered for the growing of this new church. We so much need God to be our leader, our guide, the minister of this church....to guide the leadership team and the pastor....to give His vision. We prayed for Him to fill this sanctuary with His Presence, to fill His people with His Holy Spirit, to protect us. We offered this church to Him, dedicating it to His service, and prayed for His blessing to be upon it. The spirit God placed within us calls us to turn to God in prayer and find comfort, peace, power, and joy. We believe that when God's people pray, lives and circumstances are changed in the Name of Jesus! As always, if you have a prayer request, please send it to [email protected]. It has been an amazing 3 weeks for New Life Church. We have many things for which to be thankful!
We feel God’s blessing in so many ways on New Life Church. Thank you for being a part of it! Currently, the leadership team is searching for an association or denomination that aligns with our interpretation of the Bible and our vision of discipleship and evangelism. Such a partnership would provide us with fellowship, training, and resources to further the reach of God’s kingdom. We know affiliating with a denomination is a big step, and not one to be taken lightly, or without the input of our church body. The leadership team was able to meet with Al Frank, a representative from the Evangelical Free Church of America, to learn more about the denomination. Now it is your turn!
Sunday, June 29, 6:30 p.m. at New Life Church We invite you to participate in a Question & Answer session with Al about the EFCA. He will explain their roots and mission, and give us a clearer picture of what a partnership with them would look like. Please come with an open mind and open heart, but also prepared with the questions that need to be asked. Feel free to review the EFCA website beforehand. As a leadership team, we very much want to hear from the congregation on this matter. Please pray for the team, and for the congregation to hear God’s call for New Life Church clearly. In other news… Please take a few minutes to view the New Life Church website at www.newlifechurchmo.org. The site will continue to be updated with information and will be a great resource to our congregation and to the public. We're also on Facebook! New Life Church
